If the guest cancel booking for any own reason, Chan Brothers Travel will make a deduction according to the cancellation and refund policy of the cruise line: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and Chan Brothers Travel's Acknowledgment of receipt. Telephone message notifications will not be accepted.
