If the guest cancel booking for any own reason, "Chan Brothers" will make a deduction according to the cancellation and refund policy of the cruise line: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and "Chan Brothers" Acknowledgment of receipt. Telephone message notifications will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and notification date).

Cruises < 15 Nights
60 days or before the departure date: SGD 250 + USD100 per person
Within 59-30 days from the date of departure: SGD 250 + 30% per person
Within 29-15 days from the date of departure: SGD 250 + 50% per person
Within 14 days from the date of departure: 100% per person

Cruises > 15 Nights
90 days or before the departure date: SGD 250 + USD600 per person
Within 89-60 days from the date of departure: SGD 250 + 30% per person
Within 59-45 days from the date of departure: SGD 250 + 50% per person
Within 44 days from the date of departure: 100% per person

No Refund for each paid items, Cruise fare, Port tax, Shore Excursion, Onboard Service, Prepaid package, etc.
