If the guest cancels the reservation for any reason, "Chan Brothers" will make deductions in accordance with the cruise company's cancellation and refund policy: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and must be confirmed and acknowledged by "Chan Brothers". Requests by phone will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and request date).

Sailings 75 days or less

91 days or before the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + deposit designated by the cruise company /person
90-57 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 50% of the total amount /person
56-42 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 60% of the total amount /person
41-16 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 75% of the total amount /person
15-6 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 90% of the total amount /person
Less than 6 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 100% of the total amount /person

Sailings 76 days or more**

181 days or before the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + deposit designated by the cruise company /person
180-91 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 30% of the total amount /person
90-42 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 60% of the total amount /person
41-16 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 75% of the total amount /person
15-6 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 90% of the total amount /person
Less than 6 days from the departure date:	SGD $ 250 + 100% of the total amount /person

*For those passengers booking a reduced deposit promotion, the initial cancellation fee amount will not exceed the deposit required/paid.
