If the guest cancel booking for any own reason, "Chan Brothers" will make a deduction according to the cancellation and refund policy of the cruise line: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and "Chan Brothers" Acknowledgment of receipt. Telephone message notifications will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and notification date).

Guest Cancellation Schedule

181 days or more prior to departure:	SGD $250 + USD $150 per person
180 to 121 days prior to departure:	SGD $250 + USD $750 per person
120 to 91 days prior to departure:	SGD $250 + 50% of full fare
90 to 61 days prior to departure:	SGD $250 + 75% of full fare
60 days or less prior to departure:	100% of full fare

All forms of payment including future cruise credits are subject to the cancellation penalty policy.
