If the guest cancels the reservation for any reason, Chan Brothers will make deductions in accordance with the cruise company's cancellation and refund policy: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and must be confirmed and acknowledged by Chan Brothers.

Requests by phone will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and request date).

75 days or before the departure date SGD 250/person
74-57 days from the departure date SGD 250+ deposit designated by the shipping company/person
Departure Within 56-29 days from the departure date SGD 250+50% of the ferry ticket fee (excluding port taxes and fees)/person
Within 28-15 days from the departure date SGD 250+ship 75% of the ticket price (excluding port taxes and fees)/person
Within 14 days from the departure date, SGD 250 + 100% of the ferry ticket price (excluding port taxes and fees) per person

Note: Cancellation and refund policies may be modified by the cruise company at any time without prior notice.
