If the guest cancel booking for any own reason, "Chan Brothers" will make a deduction according to the cancellation and refund policy of the cruise line: all cancellation requests must be notified in writing or by email and "Chan Brothers" Acknowledgment of receipt. Telephone message notifications will not be accepted. (Notification days do not include departure date and notification date).

Guest Cancellation Schedule

121 days or more prior to departure:	SGD $250 + USD $100 per person
120 to 91 days prior to departure:	SGD $250 + 15% of full fare
90 to 61 days prior to departure:	SGD $250 + 50% of full fare
60 to 31 days prior to departure:	SGD $250 + 75% of full fare
30 days or less prior to departure:	100% of full fare

Free Hotel Package includes Hotel to Pier transfers and is based on double occupancy - additional guests sharing a suite may purchase the hotel at an additional cost. If cancelling within 60 days, cancel penalties for double occupancy will apply and the hotel credit is not available. Hotel cannot be added to booking within 60 days of date of sailing. Hotel Package is capacity controlled and may not be available at time of booking.
